2026 Piccolo Spoleto Festival Poster Artist
I’m incredibly honored to share that I was selected as the 2026 Piccolo Spoleto Festival poster artist.
Congratulations to the other applicants whom I am sure created beautiful artworks!
What began as a deeply personal exploration of creativity, color, and cultural identity has now become part of a Charleston tradition I’ve admired for years.
Creating this piece was about celebrating roots, imagination, diversity, and the joy that art can bring into everyday life. To have it chosen as this year’s poster feels surreal!!
Thank you to everyone who has supported my work, encouraged me to keep creating, and believed in my vision along the way. And thank you to @postandcourier for this article and @piccolo_spoleto Spoleto for this unforgettable opportunity. crafted to elevate what matters most.
Bonjour!
I am a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores the relationship between symbolism, pattern, emotion, and cultural memory through digital, mixed-media, and 3-D works.
Originally from Bordeaux, France, I have lived and worked across India, Spain, Italy, Ireland, and England before settling in Charleston, South Carolina with my husband and sons.
Although I am self-taught, my background in psychology and communication strongly influences the way I approach art: as a visual language capable of expressing emotional state beyond words.
My work is driven by an interest in how shapes, repetition, textures, and symbolic structures can create rhythm, harmony, and deeper forms of human connection.
Influenced by architecture, travel and craft traditions, I draw inspiration from the environments and social interactions I had encountered around the world.
My recent works balance structure with softness, combining layered forms, organic gestures, and atmospheric compositions that invite contemplation while reflecting the tension between order and imperfection, memory and transformation.
